Camping Tickets
With a camping ticket, you'll receive a designated camping spot. Options include:

Individual Camping Ticket: For single campers or smaller groups.

Family Camping Ticket: Perfect for larger groups or families.
Please note: Only valid camping ticket holders may share tents.
Exclusive Camper Activities:
Enjoy special activities exclusively for campers on Friday and Saturday nights after 5 PM. Weekend ticket holders are welcome to join but must leave the campsite by the 10 PM noise curfew.
Arrival & Setup

Arrival Time: Campers may arrive starting at 12 PM on Friday. And can leave on Monday from 10am.

Setup Area: For safety and to respect vendors, please remain within the marked camping area. Vendors will be setting up stalls nearby.
Facilities

Showers and Toilets: Provided for camper convenience.

Electricity: Limited availability; more details will be shared closer to the event.
What to Bring

Essential Supplies: Your own tent, camping gear, and cooking equipment (e.g., camp stove).

Food: While food vendors are expected on Friday, we recommend bringing your own food to ensure an enjoyable experience.
Rules & Regulations

Noise Curfew
Quiet hours begin at 10 PM.
Non-camping ticket holders must leave the campsite after this time.

Alcohol Policy
Alcohol is permitted in the camping area after 5 PM.
Please drink responsibly. Drunk or disorderly behaviour will result in a warning, and repeated offences may lead to removal from the event without a refund. -
Toilet Use
Use the provided toilet facilities only.
Urination or defecation outside these facilities will result in immediate removal from the event. -
Littering
Littering is strictly prohibited.
Offenders will be asked to clean up, with repeated violations leading to removal without a refund. -
No entering restricted areas
Certain areas will be clearly marked as off limits to all event attendees. After 6pm no campers or weekend ticket holders are allowed into the Vendor, Fae and Elven areas, or the Main Performance Area unless accompanied by Security or whilst doing specific Camping exclusive activities within the Fae and/or Elven area .
