Teudh, the Volcano World, is a brutal and unforgiving land of jagged peaks, flowing lava, and fiery skies. Here, Orcs and Dwarves once coexisted in a tense, precarious balance. The Orcs roamed the surface, battling fiercely among themselves for dominance and territory, while the Dwarves delved deep into the earth, carving great cities and honing their unparalleled skills in metal smithing and stone cutting. This fragile peace stood on the brink of war when the arrival of the Fae and Elves shattered the balance forever.
Seeing the Orcs’ ferocity and potential as warriors, the Fae and Elves began to manipulate the tribal conflicts. They secretly supported rival Orc factions and even incited clashes with the Dwarves, offering magical weapons and treasures to lure the Orcs into their service. Once these tribes grew dependent on their benefactors, the Fae and Elves revealed their true intentions, enslaving the Orcs and forcing them to become Battle-Thralls in their great war against each other. The Orcs were shipped across the realms, fighting and dying in battles that were not their own, while Teudh, already a harsh and volatile world, was scarred further by the devastation of this exploitation. The Dwarves retreated even deeper into their subterranean cities, abandoning the surface to avoid the destruction.
Centuries of this servitude passed until the Orcs, weary of slaughtering their kin at the behest of their masters, reached a breaking point. On the steam-powered world of Eth, where the Elves and Fae waged yet another bloody campaign, opposing Orcish armies cast aside their weapons of war and united against their captors. With the help of Eth’s magic-nullifying technology, the Orcs rebelled, overthrowing their oppressors in a brutal uprising. This rebellion reverberated across the realms, shaking the foundations of the Elven and Fae conflict and paving the way for peace talks, symbolized by the union of Prince Andal and Princess Syldari.
Many Orcs returned to Teudh, determined to reclaim and rebuild their ancestral homeland. Now, they work to tame the fiery chaos of their world, struggling to forge a new identity beyond servitude and warfare. The Dwarves, emerging cautiously from their subterranean havens, have begun diplomatic overtures with the Fae and Elves while maintaining a wary distance from their old rivals, the Orcs. Teudh stands as a scarred but resilient world, where the echoes of past conflicts shape its people’s uncertain path toward a fragile coexistence.
